go/demos Platform

Google’s strategy for winning new clients depends heavily on powerful, polished demo assets — but their highly specialized salesforce, known as "customer engineers," needed a better way to find, customize, and share them. Embedded full-time in Google's UX design team, I helped design and test go/demos, the internal hub for all of these assets. This was primarily an information architecture challenge: we dug deep into how thousands of technical assets could be organized, structured, and surfaced. Through hands-on user research and round after round of testing with customer engineers, we fine-tuned the platform to make it faster, smarter, and easier to use, unlocking huge value for Google's sales teams.
